We collect dried and tinned produce as well as toiletries and cleaning products that are made into parcels for distribution to those in financial hardship and the vulnerable within our local communities (Horbury, Ossett and Gawthorpe) - see our full list of items we accept.
We are a referral food bank. We receive client referrals from Job Centres, Social Services, Local Authority Crisis Units, Schools and Children’s Centres, Homeless Shelters and Benefit Centres, Refuges and Vulnerable adult organisations.
We are a purely voluntary based organisation and open for referrals and donations Monday and Wednesday 10am-1pm at Christ Church Parish Centre, Vicarage Lane, Ossett WF5 0BE.
The Church office is usually open Monday to Thursday 9am-12 and can make sure your donation is passed on.
